La relazione per accedere alla Terapia Ormonale Sostitutiva è di 30,00 € (3 certificati: 1 per il medico di base, 1 per l'endocrinologo, 1 generale). I trattamenti di medicina estetica hanno costi variabili, fino ad un massimo di 300 €. Colloqui peer to peer sono previsti anche per i/le minori. L'inserimento de* minor* nel gruppo Auto-Mutuo-Aiuto viene valutata e concordata con i genitori. Il SAT PINK ha stipulato una convenzione con l'Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Integrata-Verona per i servizi di Endocrinologia e di chirurgia (mastectomia, istero-annessiectomia) e con gli Ospedali Civili di Brescia per i servizi di Endocrinologia. In entrambe le strutture sono applicate le determine AIFA. Collabora inoltre per il trattamento ormonale con gli ospedali pubblici di Padova e Modena. Il SAT PINK ha avviato uno Sportello Lavoro finalizzato al supporto delle persone transgender sia per il lavoro dipendente (redazione cv, lettera di presentazione, mentoring) che indipendente.
